Yes. Our criminal litigation team handles bail before arrest and post-arrest bail, as well as the FIR and police-related proceedings that usually surround them.
Yes. Legal notices and pre-litigation proceedings are part of our civil practice, and we advise on the legal position, available remedies and risks so that clients can make an informed decision before any proceedings begin.
HMF Advocates & Co. provides legal representation before the relevant courts and legal forums, subject to the nature and jurisdiction of the matter. Our advocates are enrolled as Advocates of the High Court.
